What we do

The work is the same whether the vehicle is a car or a van

We take in vehicles for routine servicing, engine diagnostics, brake and suspension repairs, battery replacement and electrical fault checks, oil and filter changes, and general mechanical maintenance. The purpose behind all of it is the same: keep the vehicle safe and roadworthy, and keep a record of what was done to it.

Every job starts with finding out what is actually wrong. That is as true of a scheduled service as it is of an intermittent warning light — the car is inspected, the finding is described, and the work is priced before it begins.

We work on individual customers’ cars and on light commercial vehicles run by businesses. Both are booked, diagnosed and recorded the same way.

Records

Service and repair records kept against the vehicle

What was checked, what was replaced and when it happened are written against the vehicle, not left to memory. Ask for a copy and we will print or email it — useful when you sell the car or need a record of the visit.

If you run more than one vehicle, the same works in your favour: each registration keeps its own history, and the next due date can be planned from it rather than guessed.
