Planned servicing for vans and small fleets

Servicing booked ahead of the due date, records held per registration, and work scheduled around your operating hours — because a vehicle off the road is lost work.

Fleet Support

Vans and small fleets, scheduled around your hours

For a business, a van off the road is lost work. Servicing is therefore planned against each vehicle’s schedule and booked ahead of the date it falls due, rather than waiting for something to fail and dealing with it as an emergency.

Records are kept per vehicle, so the history of each registration is available when you need it — for a compliance file, for a warranty question, or when a vehicle is sold on.

We work with light commercial vehicles and small fleets alongside private cars. Tell us how many vehicles you run and how they are used, and we will set out a schedule that fits around them.

How fleet work is priced

Each vehicle is quoted on its own schedule and its own work, so the figure per vehicle stays visible rather than being buried in a monthly total. Labour and parts are listed separately on every job, and records are written against the registration.

How do we start with a fleet?
Send us the vehicles, their registrations and mileages, and what each one is used for. We will set out what each is due and how we would schedule it around your operating hours.
What happens if a vehicle fails between services?
It comes in for diagnosis like any other fault. The benefit of a planned schedule is that fewer of these arrive without warning, because wear is caught at the previous visit.
Can you hold records for a compliance file?
Yes. Service and repair records are written against each registration and a copy can be provided when you need it.
