Six details that let us answer properly
A quote for diagnostic or repair work depends on the vehicle and the symptom. These are the details we would ask for on the phone, in the order we would ask for them.
- Registration, make, model and year
- Mileage, and the service interval it is working to
- What the vehicle is doing — noise, warning light, handling, starting
- How long it has been happening, and whether it is getting worse
- Whether the vehicle is safe to drive to us
- When it suits you to be without the vehicle
